Solid-block Himalayan salt fabricated into cooking surfaces, serving vessels, and seasoning tools.
Solid Himalayan salt blocks transfer minerals and a clean saline note directly to food on contact. Heated, they can sear steak, seafood, and vegetables at temperatures comparable to cast iron and retain heat through service. Chilled, they present sushi, sashimi, carpaccio, charcuterie, and fruit — the cold contact intensifies flavour without watering food down.

Care guide
Caring for salt cookware
Salt blocks tolerate repeated heating and cooling but require care. Heat gradually (cold → warm → hot over 15–20 min) to avoid thermal shock. Cool naturally after use; never quench under running water. Clean with a damp cloth and a stiff brush — no soap, no detergent, no dishwasher. Dry fully before storage. With proper care, a 2"-thick grilling slab lasts 80+ heating cycles. Blocks lose 2–4 mm per use through surface erosion; replace when thickness drops below ¾".
