How to buy from PMT

You’re buying for resale, distribution, manufacturing input, or installation — e.g., spa, salt-room contractor, food-service distributor, retailer building a private-label range.

Step 1 — Build your enquiry. Browse the catalogue, add SKUs to your bulk enquiry list with quantities. Configure your destination, INCOTERMS, packing preferences, and target delivery date.

Step 2 — Submit. We respond within 24 hours with a proforma invoice including current freight rates, packing detail, and lead time. No commitment until you accept the PI.

Step 3 — Sample (optional but recommended). If you’d like to verify product before committing to a container, ask for a sample at the enquiry stage. Samples ship by air freight within 3–5 days; we issue a sample-only invoice (product free of charge; you pay air freight).

Step 4 — Accept the proforma & remit advance. 30% T/T advance on PI acceptance (or open L/C at sight / 30 / 60 / 90 days, draft text mutually agreed). Production starts on advance confirmation.

Step 5 — Production updates. We send progress notes at production midpoint, completion, and pre-shipment QC pass. Photos of packing on request.

Step 6 — Shipment & final payment. Goods load at Port Qasim. We issue B/L copy + commercial invoice + packing list + Certificate of Analysis + Certificate of Origin + Phytosanitary Certificate + any other documents per your destination’s import requirements. 70% balance T/T against B/L copy; original B/L released on receipt of full payment.

Step 7 — Sea freight & arrival. Transit time depends on destination — typically 5–7 days for the Gulf, 18–22 for Mediterranean Europe, 28–35 for the US East Coast. Arrival notification sent.

You’re buying a single lamp, a few bath salts, or a small mixed order for your home, gift, or a small business.

Step 1 — Add to cart. Browse, click “Buy retail” on any retail-eligible SKU. Prices shown include local Pakistani GST.

Step 2 — Checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose Cash on Delivery (major cities) or Bank Transfer (nationwide).

Step 3 — Confirmation call. We call within 4 working hours to confirm. (We do this to keep COD costs down for everyone — turning away the 5% of false orders.)

Step 4 — Dispatch & delivery. Orders ship within 1–3 working days via Leopards Courier or TCS Express. You receive an SMS with the tracking number.

Step 5 — Delivery. 1–3 working days from dispatch. If COD, pay the courier. If bank transfer, we ship only after payment receipt.

International retail

Currently, single-unit international orders are sample-only — please use the Request a sample flow with your shipping address. Once our regional distributors are appointed, retail prices for delivery to your country will be published here.
