Not currently for retail orders. International orders are processed as bulk enquiries (with quote and proforma invoice) or as sample shipments. Once our regional distributor network is appointed, retail delivery to the GCC, UK, EU, and US will be enabled.

Yes — recommended for first-time orders. Samples ship by international air freight within 3–5 days. Product is free; you pay only the air-freight cost (typically $40–$120 depending on destination).

Yes — for retail-pack edible salt and bath salts. Supply your artwork (AI / PDF / vector preferred). Plate-making and first-article approval add 14 days to lead time. OEM MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU.

Bulk: 30% T/T advance + 70% against B/L copy, or L/C at sight / 30 / 60 / 90 days. Retail (PK): Cash on Delivery in major cities, or bank transfer nationwide.

Not yet on the website. Card payment via SafePay gateway is in onboarding — coming Q3 2026. Bulk export orders are traditionally settled by T/T or L/C and that won't change.

The Khewra Salt Mine sits in the Salt Range, a foothill range south of the Himalayan main range, in Pakistan's Punjab. It's geologically and commercially associated with the Himalayan system; the term "Himalayan salt" is the established global product name.

Both are food-grade. Dark Pink is mined from seams with higher iron-oxide content; Light Pink is the most common export grade with softer, more uniform colouration. Mineral analysis is similar (>99% NaCl with trace minerals); the difference is mostly visual and seam-dependent.

No — our food-grade salt is unrefined and non-iodised. Buyers wanting iodised salt typically iodise downstream at the destination facility.

Traditional South Asian black salt, kiln-fired with botanicals to develop a sulphurous savoury character. Used in chaat masala, raita, and Hindu vegetarian "egg-flavour" preparations.

Indefinitely if kept lit in normal humidity. In very humid environments, the salt may "sweat" — turn the lamp on more often to dry it. The hardwood base and electrical components last 3–7 years with normal use; the salt block itself doesn't degrade.

Halal: yes — certified. Kosher: available on request (12-day lead time for new shipments to add Kosher certificate). Contact us for certification documentation.

Indefinite, stored dry. We recommend rotating retail stock within 24 months to maintain optimal packing condition.

Yes, to most destinations through our freight-forwarder partnerships. DDP is quoted on request and adds duties + last-mile delivery to the FOB price.

Depends on INCOTERMS. EXW: buyer pays from refinery gate. FOB: buyer pays from ship's rail. CFR / CIF: PMT pays to destination port; buyer handles import. CIP / DAP / DDP: PMT delivers further inland; specifics in the PI.

Sea freight insurance is typically taken under CIF (Institute Cargo Clauses A). Claims handled through the insurer per their procedure. We issue all documentation needed to support a claim within 2 working days of buyer notification.

Container number and Bill of Lading number are issued on dispatch. Track via the shipping line's website (Maersk, MSC, etc.) or via marinetraffic.com using the vessel name.

Bulk orders are not returnable once shipped — they're produced and packed to your specification. Quality complaints handled per our Terms of Sale section 9: send photographs and the affected batch number within 14 days of receipt; replacement or credit issued for verified short-shipments, damaged goods covered by insurance, or off-spec product. Retail orders (Pakistan): 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging — see Returns & Refunds.

Email quality@pmtgroup.co within 14 days of receipt with: batch number (printed on every box), shipment reference, photographs, and a description of the issue. Our QC team responds within 2 working days. Independent third-party retest (SGS / BV) can be arranged at the disputing party's cost — refunded if the complaint is upheld.

Yes — every commercial invoice includes the relevant HS code. Edible salt typically falls under HS 2501.00; salt-related decorative items under HS 6914 or 6802 depending on form; industrial salt under HS 2501.00.20. Confirm with your destination customs broker for any local code variations.
