Pakistan retail orders — 7-day window

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for items in original, unused condition with original packaging.

Eligible for return

  • Lamps with manufacturing defects (visible damage on arrival)
  • Cookware with manufacturing defects
  • Wellness items in unopened packaging
  • Unopened bath salts

Not eligible

  • Edible salt (food safety)
  • Opened bath salts, opened wellness items (hygiene)
  • Custom-ordered items
  • Items damaged after delivery

How to return

  1. Email orders@pmtgroup.co with your order reference and reason within 7 days of receipt.
  2. We arrange a Leopards / TCS pickup from your address.
  3. Item inspected at our warehouse on arrival.
  4. Refund processed within 5 working days of inspection — to original bank account (for bank-transfer orders) or to a nominated bank account (for COD orders, since cash refund isn’t possible by courier).

Shipping cost for the return is paid by PMT for manufacturing defects, and by the buyer for change-of-mind returns.

Bulk / Export

Bulk export orders

Bulk orders are produced to your specification and not returnable once shipped. Claims for short-shipment, damage in transit, or quality non-conformity are handled under our Terms of Sale section 9 — see Terms of Sale.
